Da neue Gesichter und kreative Talente in der Modewelt wie Pilze aus dem Boden schießen und man leicht den Überblick verlieren kann, hat es sich die Website The Ones2Watch, die 2005 gegründet wurde, zur Aufgabe gemacht eben diese vorzustellen, um ihnen den Weg zum Aufstieg einfacher zu machen. 2008 wurde die Zusammenarbeit mit Models.com geschlossen und so zeigen die beiden ab Mitte des vergangenen Jahres nun auch die Arbeiten aufstrebender Fotografen und Stylisten mit ihrem NewWave feature.
